What You’ll Do: Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Deliver preventive care, screenings, and health education Perform minor procedures and manage follow-up care Refer patients to specialty care when needed Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
What Your Practice Looks Like: 4-day workweek for better work-life balance Mix of scheduled and walk-in visits Team-based care model with strong clinical support Opportunity to work across multiple sites in the region Focus on quality care and community impact
Leadership & Team Support: Supervise and support Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, and care team staff Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered environment Participate in quality improvement and peer review activities
What We’re Looking For: MD or DO, Board Certified in Family Medicine Active Virginia medical license (or ability to obtain) Experience beyond residency preferred Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations Bonus Experience (Nice to Have) Reproductive health, HIV/infectious disease, or urgent care/ED background Experience working with underserved or vulnerable populations Bilingual (English/Spanish)
