This is a unique position that is 0.5 Pediatric Endocrine and 0.5 General Pediatrics. The Endocrine portion of the FTE will be dedicated to providing consultative endocrine support to a large network of Primary Care providers, caring for approximately 50k children. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and developing treatment plans for a wide variety of common non-diabetic endocrine conditions and then sharing this plan with the Primary Care provider to manage in the patient's home clinic. Responsibilities will involve diagnostic visits with referred patients, either in-person or via video, as well as providing e-consults to Primary Care providers to assist in lab follow up, diagnostic clarification and ongoing management.
