We are looking for a skilled and compassionate OB/GYN physician to join our dedicated and collaborative Kaiser Permanente Riverside Women’s Health Department. Join a purpose-driven team of over 40 physicians, including generalists and subspecialists, united by a shared mission to deliver high-quality, equitable, and patient-centered care to the communities we serve in Riverside.

Position Details:

24/7 in?house OB coverage at Riverside Medical Center and Moreno Valley Medical Centr
Full-spectrum practice including both obstetrics and gynecology, with opportunities for surgical cases and subspecialty collaboration
Predictable weekly schedule, rotating weekend call, dedicated OR days and post-call recovery time
Welcoming and inclusive environment, supportive department with experienced colleagues, mentorship opportunities, and on-site subspecialty support
Around 450 high-risk deliveries per month (2-3 physicians in-house during call shifts, 2 physicians present for major surgical cases)
Level 3 NICU and access to Da Vinci Robot on-site

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Eligible to obtain a California Medical License or already be licensed in the State of California

Salary range for full-time/part-time openings is $439,175.00 - $541,575.00. Potential premium earnings are up to $111,228.00. Salaries are inclusive of incentives depending on skills and competencies and geographic location. Potential premium earnings are based on location. Annual Salary is determined by longevity with the Group and full time equivalent (FTE) work schedule/effort.
