Foundation Health Partners (FHP) is looking for a dedicated Dermatology Physician to lead our new clinic in Fairbanks, Alaska.

The Opportunity:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Dermatology Physician to open and lead our new dermatology clinic at Foundation Health Partners, located in the heart of Alaska. In this role, you will not only have the privilege of serving the Fairbanks community but also extending your expertise to the diverse and medically underserved regions of interior and northern Alaska. With a substantial demand for dermatologists in our area, your schedule will be bustling right from the start. Anticipate a warm welcome from the local community and wholehearted support from our organization as we embark on the journey to elevate this clinic to new heights. Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and integrated into the broader Foundation Health Partners health system, you will have access to a robust network of providers and staff across various specialties, making this the ideal platform for achieving a successful practice.

• Compensation: $500k base salary. Additional opportunity to increase earnings through productivity. Expected compensation between $520k - $650k. $65k sign-on bonus. Eligible for an annual $10k physician incentive quality metric bonus.
• Schedule: 32 patient hours, 8 admin hours per week. 7 weeks ATO and 2 weeks for CME.
• Team: Position will be supported by a full-time APP and clinic administrative staff.
