Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Endocrinology department in Peoria, Illinois.

Position Details Include:

• Opportunity to practice Endocrinology in an established clinic on our Carle Health Methodist Hospital campus
• Outpatient practice
• Join a cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff
• Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Education Requirements: 

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant

Licensure/Certification Requirements: 

Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
