Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing inpatient Gastroenterology team in Peoria and Pekin, Illinois.

Position details include:

• Opportunity to practice exclusively inpatient GI in an established and well-known tertiary Medical Center and two community hospitals
• The GI Hospitalist APP will handle inpatient consults for Gastroenterology, triage calls for GI, and round on patients at all three hospital campuses (Carle Health Methodist, Carle Health Proctor, and Carle Health Pekin Hospitals)
• Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences
• Daytime Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. NO CALL
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing with Acute Care specialty (ACNP) or Physician Assistant
• GI clinicals or work experience a plus

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

• Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse OR physician assistant licensure
• Opportunity to start immediately upon credentialing & privileging
