Description

Physician members in Hematology are involved in patient care, teaching, & research. Location & time devoted to these activities varies depending on the context of each appointment and is subject to reasonable change. Physicians in Hematology collaborate in a multi-disciplinary environment. They enroll patients to clinical trials & publish research, contributing articles in peer-reviewed journals and presenting at meetings such as ASH & AACR. As educators they lecture & serve as preceptors for trainees. They report to the Director of the Division of Hematology and work collaboratively with the Program Directors.

Qualified applicants must be Board Certified or Board eligible in Hem/Onc and eligible for GA licensure. Applicants will show evidence of academic scholarship and strong clinical background.
