Penn Medicine Princeton Health is partnering with Dr. Rachel Dultz, a fellowship trained breast surgeon, to hire a dynamic breast surgeon to join her and her associate, Dr. Margaret Crivello, in a well-established breast surgery practice. Dr. Dultz has been in private practice for more than 20 years. Qualified candidates must be board certified or board eligible in general surgery and have completed a certified Breast Surgical Oncology Fellowship. The successful candidate will share the breast on call schedule with Dr. Dultz and Dr. Crivello, but will not be expected to participate in the general surgery call schedule. The successful candidate will be operating at Penn Medicine Princeton Hospital, a beautiful new, 231-bed state of the art facility in Princeton, New Jersey.
Dr. Dultz’s private practice is one of the busiest in central New Jersey and continues to grow. Dr. Dultz is highly regarded in the community, and is well known for providing compassionate and dedicated care to her patients.
Dr. Dultz and her associate Dr. Margaret Crivello are looking for a candidate that can work collaboratively with their patient-centered team. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to build strong professional and personal relationships with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, plastic surgeons, referring physicians and the Hospital’s Nurse Navigator, who helps guide cancer patients through their treatment paths. The successful candidate will be mentored by Dr. Dultz and Dr. Crivello to ensure the development of a robust and successful breast practice.
Dr. Dultz has a proven track record of mentoring junior surgeons in a supportive environment that facilitates the balance of both work and family obligations.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with medical students and surgical residents from Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, NJ.
MD degree, competed an accredited internship and surgical residency
Board certified or board eligible in general surgery
Completed a certified Breast Oncology fellowship
Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent patient care
Professional maturity and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong listening skills and the ability to communicate with patients in a positive and empathetic manner.
