Work with another Orthopedic Surgeon, Physician Assistant, and strong medical support staff
Average of 250 surgeries and 75 total joints per year
50/50 inpatient vs. outpatient
Employed anesthesia team
1:3 first call and 1:2 back up call. Call volume is very quiet
System-wide EPIC EMR
Organizational engagement in implementing all ACA related delivery improvements
Volunteer opportunities to serve on medical mission teams in El Salvador
Compensation up to MGMA 90%
Position can be 0.8-1.0 FTE
