Family Medicine Opening | 4-day Work Week | 10 Weeks PTO | Indiana

For the past 100 years, this community-based hospital has continued to happily serve the healthcare needs of the patients and their families within the local county.

The Opportunity:

• Family Medicine Physician to join 5 other hospital-employed physicians
• 5 excellent NPs for additional support
• Call coverage split amongst 4 other providers for OB/C-sections (includes stipend)
• 4-day work week or flexible schedule and 10 weeks of PTO
• Dynamic, highly productive team with a collegial work environment
• Competitive compensation including production bonuses plus sign-on and relocation bonuses
• Full benefits package including health, CME, PTO, retirement, etc.
• Will accept BC/BE FM physicians (with or without OB)
