Our well established practice is a physician owned and operated independent practice with 4 providers (3 MDs and 1 OD) and 3 offices in beautiful Western North Carolina.
We seek an additional ophthalmologist to add to our busy and growing practice. A glaucoma or anterior segment interest / subspecialty would be useful but not required. This opportunity has significant potential for growth, surgical volume and partnership. We seek an ethical and compassionate individual to complement our reputation in the community for dedicated patient care. We have an excellent relationship with the surrounding medical community and operate at two local hospitals. Call is shared equally among the doctors, and relocation assistance and income guarantee are available.
This position includes a competitive salary with a bonus structure and optical revenue, as well as a strong benefits package. We have an up to date EHR (Modernizing Medicine), all necessary ancillary and imaging equipment (Optovue AngioVue, Haag Steit Octopus 900, Ellex SLT/Yag, etc) is available in the office. Experienced technician support is provided. We have a robust optical department and all of our opticians are experienced, loved in the community and offer superb customer service.
We seek a candidate who wishes to work 4-5 days a week in a busy clinical setting seeing 25-45 patients a day. Routine, walk in, and a wide variety of ocular pathologies present every day to keep things interesting.

Ability to obtain a North Carolina Medical License
Board Eligible or Board Certified
Ability to work 4-5 days a week, 25-45 patients a day
Ability to split call (1 in 4) with other providers
